We are growing as a Salon and I wanted to make you aware of some adjustments coming to your scheduled appointments with me. As our team continues to grow, I am shifting more energy into our stylist mentorship program. My time is now being shared both behind the chair with guests and mentoring our talented stylists. In an effort to give you options on what works best for you, I am introducing a price adjustment to my services specifically— while keeping the rest of the salon pricing in alignment with what you, our valued guests have been investing over the past year.

What is changing?

• This adjustment affects only appointments booked with Erin. 

• Appointments booked with Erin will be offered at a 25% additional investment to the standard Reflection Salon Pricing. 

How do we move forward?

• If you would like to stay in Erin’s books at her new rate, she would be so grateful to continue serve you. 

• If you would like to continue service at Reflection Salon Standard Pricing we would be happy to place you with the stylist that best fits your needs. 

I would prefer to stay in Erin’s schedule, what does that process look like?

• It’s simple— we will keep all of your upcoming appointments the same! Your service price will simply be adjusted at checkout when Erin next serves you. 

• We do ask that you reach out to us via phone, email or text to confirm that you have received and are in alignment with all things addressed in this announcement. 

 

I would prefer to stay at the Reflection Salon Standard Pricing what does that process look like?

• This is a great option that we are happy to help you with! We will collaborate with you to select an alternative date and time in the schedule of the stylist that best suits your specific needs. We place intention in every detail, so we will be sure to schedule what works best for you.

A little bit about our Skilled Stylists:

• Each stylist is brand standard checked before they are released to offer each service in their service menu.

• Our training program is thorough and clear—we take the approach of building blocks. We build upon skillset as we open each new service in a stylist's schedule.

• Our Kept Brand Promise to you is that the stylist that we place you with is Reflection Salon Certified in our brand standards, skillset checked at each level and they practice excellence in guest care.

• Our stylists are continually growing under Erin’s mentorship--- receiving education both inside and outside of the salon.

• A huge benefit of booking with one of our brand certified stylists is that they are able to offer flexibility in their schedules to accommodate a variety of times of day that work best for our guests.
